We will accept select unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE.

As a small business, our niche is in curating small collections, with low quantities, and always providing staple and on trend pieces. In order for us to continue to roll out new collections, we offer exchanges or store credit within a strict 14-day deadline.  

 All merchandise must have The Tiny Details original tags attached.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable

Jewelry & accessories are FINAL SALE.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Products purchased during a promotion / or at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. (Select Apparel: Only eligible for size exchange of same item if that size is available.) 

Please try on items with appropriate undergarments before removing tags and hygienic liners.

Damages and issues: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return/exchange, contact us at info@shoptinydetails.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
